Over 1000 pounds of parts in five 8 foot boxes.
The instructions say this build should take 20 - 24 hours to complete.
We worked on laying out parts and surveying for a few hours the first night... framed most of it up from noon to 2am the next day and finished it up in about 4 hours on the third day.
I'd say it took us right at 20 hours.

Baseboards in place and anchors in the ground... time to start building up.

Got the decking in place.
Many hours of work later (actually the next day) and the upper and lower decks are in, railings are up, ladder and swings are ready and the roof is underway.

Tyler likes to play way after dark some days, so he said that we needed a "digger" and some "lectric" wires so we can pit in some lights.
He wanted air conditioning too, but I told him that he needs doors and windows first.

Starting the trench.
That is the first 50'... the next leg went for 100' then another 10' or so to the clubhouse. Took about 1 hour to dig with the trencher.

Service Enterance
I chose to run the hot line in upstairs so it would be away from the playing area.
